| Ross was born in Montreal, QC and has been a “Vernonite” for over 35 years. After having owned and sold many successful local businesses, he now practices his true passion - Real Estate.
He and his wife Jennifer live at the Predator Ridge Golf Resort and enjoy watching the deer from their deck and the many tranquil evening walks through the resort.
When not working, Ross can be found at the Vernon Airport spending time with “CG-IMS”, his Cessna 172. Although his passion is for work, we can sometimes coax Ross into taking the odd aerial photo for one of our listed homes. Ross is well known in the community and really enjoys the “people” part of the business. |

Sherry Mahoney (CRES) |
Sherry was born in Victoria, BC and raised on the coast. Moving to Vernon in 1986, she now lives with her husband Jon in a lovely home overlooking Okanagan Lake. Proud mother of two sons, Braden has recently graduated from Fulton Secondary School and is touring Australia while Jordan is in Grade 10 at Brentwood College School on Vancouver Island.
Marathon running has become one of her favourite passions. She has run over 25 marathons in such faraway locales as Amsterdam, New York and Newfoundland.
Sherry has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of Vernon homes and handles modern computer technology, including our extensive website, with ease. This expertise is readily available to all of our clients. |

Charlene was born in Cranbrook, BC and raised on the coast. She is fairly new to Vernon having moved here in 2004 with her husband Michael and 2 children. Her daughter Christian is in Grade 10 at Vernon Secondary School and her son Connor is in Grade 4 at Silver Star Elementary.
She is very involved with the community. She is President of the Parent Advisory Committee at Silver Star Elementary and the Atom division manager with Vernon Minor Hockey.
Charlene enjoys her position as Realtor Assistant and especially likes dealing with clients. |
